Hello, I recently took a trip and booked my flights through Priceline, (Trip Number: ***-***-***-*). Before I left, on ********* at **:**PM CST I called Priceline to confirm what baggage came with the flights I purchased (my phone number is ***-***-****, and I called this Priceline number: ***-***-****). I was told I was in the Economy Class, however, outlined here: (https:**www.priceline.com*help***faq*ext(baggage*fee*FI) there are three economy classes. When I asked for further confirmation, I was then told I was in standard economy which included a checked bag. When I showed up to the airport with my checked bag, I was charged $** USD and the worker said to contact Priceline about the fee. Since I was out of the country, I am just doing so now. Additionally, when I was returning, I was charged $**.** (** GBP) to have a bag checked again. I am looking to be reimbursed $***.** for the fees since I was told I would have a checked bag included. I have the receipts from the baggage fees if you need to see them. Please let me know if there is any other information I can provide to help with this. Thank you
