The issue and preferred resolution, in GetHuman-nicwilli's own words:
my debit card got charged twice for a hotel I did not stay at. there are two holds on my account, i need them to be taken off. there were two charges of $**.**. Priceline never chose a hotel or gave me any information. I never received a confirmation in my email for a hotel, I just received several error messages when I tried to book. the error messages said that my card was declined because of an issue with the CVV code.
I trust that Priceline will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
