They said their frequently Asked Questions page could be used. I already tried and it did not answer the question. It appears one can not get product questions answered from Priceline until after you pay for the product! However, I did read lots of posted reviews about Priceling. It appears that if the hotel goes out of business, the flight gets cancelled, the airport closed, or you die, they will NEVER give you back the money!
People like to get all product questions answered prior to paying for the product!
I have resolved it by taking my business to one of the many other Travel Sites that actually answer their phone and email. I strongly encourage others to do the same.
** to ** years ago I purchased lots of tickets and packages from Priceline. Purchased a Flight*Hotel to Prague at a good price ** years ago. However, they told me I was flying out of Charleston, Sc on Lufthansa. I live in Charleston, Sc and Lufthansa does NOT fly out of Chs. I called Priceline * times and all five times they acted like "not out problem" and told me it was a Lufthansa Problem. Turned out thet Lufthansa has me on a short flight out of Chs on Delta. Priceling should have told me about this!
