The issue in GetHuman-mmcarr's own words
I called Hyatt regency in Tulsa Oklahoma for room after George strait concert. They said they were bookand transferred me to another line. The young man said I had a choice of Hampton Inn or Double tree. He said these were some of their properties. It led me to believe I was talking to Hyatt person. He said double tree would be the best price over Hampton. There we ** percent off cheapest rate. He ask me if I wanted * queen beds or a king . I told him king. It rang up over *** dollars. Which I found out later was higher than Hampton. I put it in my daughters name. He said it is all paid for and no refundable which puzzled me because I don’t do monrefundable. Never at anytime did this person say this is Priceline. He said king sized bed. When my daughter got there no bed it was high priced suite with couch bed. An email from something called find a room appeared on my email. I tried to cancel because it was not what had been represented. They kept saying lowest price available. The rest of our family got cheaper better rooms at Hampton and Hyatt. A complain firm came on my email. As soon as my daughter checked in all of those emails disappeared from my email. There was a cinfitmation number given just like a hotel. That went away. When * talked to double tree because we had no bed. They said Priceline was who booked the room not find a room. When I tried to get up on your reservations your engine did not have a record of me making a reservation with you this year. There we one last year. I feel badly scammed. As soon as this person ran my card boom. King sized bed no refund. There was no king sized bed anywhere only a sleeper couch. No record of find a room. All emails disappeared. I spoke with Hyatt and Double tree. This finds room personnever identifies themselves as a different identity. I was transferred from the Hyatt phone call to another person. I thought I was still talking to someone who was in reservations for Properties owned by same entity that owned Hyatt. No bed high price for something I did not order. My child in that room is * feet * inches that is why we order king beds. His feet hung off the pull out couch that I was scammed for. So is Hyatt promoting this “find a room” under Priceline’s direction ? Because if they are it is very bad business.
