The issue in GetHuman-pettway's own words
I was charged **.** for a rental car I did not receive. When I went to hertz I was not aware that they had ***.** plus the rental fee hold they swipe * of my cards and I didn't have the ***.** so I couldn't rent the car why was I still charged when I arrived to pick up my rental and was not aware of the extra ***.** hold I should not be responsible for that error and I would like a refund of my money. I use priceline a lot and would like to continue to do so. I even tried to go to the site and cancel but the cancel button was not working.
GetHuman-pettway did not yet indicate what Priceline should do to make this right.
