I am writing to address multiple issues in the recent edition of the Sunday paper. The front-page article in the Life section features a photo with an inaccurate caption. it states that Montgomery, Alabama is a Port City, which is incorrect. Please improve the quality of proofreading and hire staff with better grammar skills. I strongly urge the paper to make corrections for credibility. While I appreciate the puzzles and comics, the paper will be used for other purposes thereafter, such as my puppy's area. Thank you for your attention to these matters.

I attempted to subscribe online using promotion code DMGOBBLE18 for Wednesday and Sunday papers at $1.49/week for 26 weeks, plus a Thanksgiving special. I used the correct address by the 11/18/18 deadline, paid with my credit card, and got a confirmation email with my order details. However, I didn't receive the Thanksgiving Edition or a Sunday paper. When I called, the lady agreed to cancel my subscription without the activation fee, but I later got bills. I've tried contacting Customer Service with no luck. This experience is disappointing and I hope it doesn't impact my future offers. - Jamie S

I recently switched from a monthly to a yearly subscription after experiencing frequent delivery issues for about 40 years. The service improved significantly until today, when I did not receive the paper for 6/9/19. I'm unsure if my subscription has expired. If so, please bill me. I've had difficulties contacting the local office by phone, hence this written message. Consistency in delivery has been better over the past year, but past issues required substantial effort to resolve. I hope this problem can be addressed promptly. I wish to continue receiving the paper without the delivery problems I faced before switching to a yearly subscription. Kindly bill me if my subscription needs renewal. Thank you.

I have been a loyal subscriber to your paper for 55 years at [redacted] Beechwood Lane, Mobile, AL [redacted]. However, this past year, I have faced ongoing delivery issues with my Wednesday paper. Despite contacting customer service numerous times and assurances that the problem would be fixed, I have not received my Wednesday paper for the past three weeks on December 11, 18, and 25. I am frustrated by the repeated failures to fulfill our agreement, especially with my long history as a subscriber. The consistent problem with the Wednesday edition is baffling, and I seek a resolution to this recurring issue as soon as possible. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
