I received a gift of your Prada Eau De Parfum *.* fl. oz.*approx. * years ago. I have been unable to use the item*for the past number of months as the spray does not*function. I have attempted to clear the spray with a fine*needle however this has not resolved the issue. I have *approximately *** of the Parfum still in the bottle.*Can you offer any assistance with your product?

I have been in contact with Puig Customer Care and furnished them with a photo of the parfum bottle together with additional*batch, fl oz info. They have responded with the intent to replace the defective bottle upon receipt of my original bottle of *parfum. I am very much satisfied with the excellent customer service I have received.
