My name is naquandra crawfors i made a order of two hover boards on thanksgiving the orders went threw and after that i called numerous times i was told they were sent to the warehouse and await for shipping and that i would get a call soon as its shipped so two weeks later the manager called saying its no longer in stock you can cancel or wait or order something different at this point im pissed all this time i been calling and no one said this once so i asked her y did no one tell me this for the whole week i called back to back she told me she don't basically dont care just wanted to tell me that and i was to take it or leave so that makes me more madder that she dont care i start cursing say my ******* kids been wanting these things and christmas almost here and she is rude as **** and im getting madder and she hung up so i called back told the customer care server wat happen she sent me back to her i asked her her name and could i speak to the person that was over her please she never said her name got mad because i asked her could i please speak to someone else besides her and told me we dont nedd customers like u hung up never let me consult with anyboduly else about my order or money so i dont have anything and thats my kids christmas money im broke either someone help me now or im talking to a lawyer i know yall keep calls n its in the system that i been constantly checking and calling
