I would like to speak to a supervisor in Customer Service....how can I do that? I have a serious issue to rectify that I will otherwise report as negative feedback online. order number ************ totaling over $****. Delivery of instock outdoor *-pc sectional should have happened July **-**. I had to pursue customer service to get the delivery finally, but they could only give me a date of Sept *. We would like PB to expedite delivery this week prior to Labor Day weekend, since we have many guests coming then. Thank you, Janet Taft
