I joined Postmates as a fleet member in April [redacted]. Recently, my bank issued me a new account number, and I attempted to update it on the app. However, I encountered an issue where the verification text wasn't sent to my phone as expected. I have earnings totaling over $[redacted] that I am currently unable to access, and unfortunately, I have not received any assistance from Postmates despite reaching out for help. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to escalate it further.

I ordered from Twisted Root today, but the order never arrived. Although I saw the car on the tracking map, the food did not show up. Yesterday night, my order was missing an item and my coupons were not working. The food from Frozen Pirogue was disappointing, and I didn't receive the 16 crab claws as promised. The delivery person was polite and explained they could only address one issue per visit, which was the same as my previous experience. I am unhappy that my order did not arrive today without any notice, and I am unsure if my coupons were applied correctly as the charges seemed the same. I order frequently, so I hope these issues can be resolved. I will not authorize the charge for today's undelivered order on my card. I have security cameras and can confirm no one arrived. I placed an order for food around 4 hours ago, but my window seems to be stuck and not completing the order. I tried reaching out to support, but have not received any assistance. Despite calling, the phone line is not working. I need help with this issue, especially since I can't reorder due to the automatic cancellation, and I don't want to be charged $15 for canceling.

I placed an order for delivery from [redacted] but it was not delivered. I reached out to the driver via text multiple times, providing my location with a Google pin and alerting them to the map inaccuracy. This has worked in the past, but this time, the driver ignored my messages, drove around without stopping, and marked the order as delivered. I placed an order with Rosatis through Postmates, but unfortunately, the food was never delivered. After contacting Rosatis, they informed me that the order was picked up by Postmates, but it never made it to me. I am requesting a full refund for the total amount paid, including any extra fees, taxes, and tip. As I did not receive anything, I believe the entire amount should be credited back to my account. This situation has left me with no dinner options tonight. I would also like an investigation into who picked up the order and what happened to it. Kindly provide an email response outlining the resolution to this issue.

I had two orders to pick up and deliver to two people. Unfortunately, another driver picked up the first order, which caused my phone to malfunction. As a result, I couldn't complete either of the orders. This situation has occurred twice already where other drivers are mistakenly taking the orders meant for me. It's frustrating as I end up wasting gas without getting paid. Whenever I press the button to pick up the orders, I expect them to be assigned to me, but I arrive to find them already taken by another driver. This is very frustrating.

Around 2:44 a.m., I placed an order with Del Taco. They closed early without any notification. Despite this, they accepted my order and payment through Postmates. As a diabetic, I became ill because my order was likely canceled due to the closure. I was waiting for over an hour before receiving any notification. I am extremely frustrated by this situation, especially since it has happened before. I am requesting a refund or credit to purchase food to help with my condition promptly as I need to eat to avoid any health complications.

Dear Postmates, I am reaching out regarding a recent order I made at China Star restaurant in Portland on December 6, [redacted]. The delivery took approximately 2 1/2 hours, with no communication about the delay until the delivery person called upon arrival. Despite expressing my dissatisfaction with the delay, the order was still left on my porch. To add to the situation, the items delivered were incorrect. I ordered pickup from Robeks through Postmates on November 17th. After realizing I chose the wrong store location, I attempted to cancel my order through Postmates but the spinning wheel kept appearing. Despite contacting the store and being told they could cancel it, a refund required canceling via Postmates. I faced difficulty canceling through the app and trying to reach Postmates by phone resulted in a long wait time with no success. Later, the app did not display my Robeks order under 'recent orders' which led me to believe it was canceled. However, I was charged $33.68 on my credit card statement for the order. I am requesting a refund as I was unable to cancel through Postmates and did not receive the food.

While making a delivery with one of my regular trucks, I received an order for just a bottle of water instead of food, which seemed strange. After calling the customer, I was redirected to Postmates, but it wasn't actually them - it was a hacker who managed to steal $[redacted] from me. Postmates initially apologised and assured me they would resolve the issue and reimburse me after an investigation. However, it has now been 2 weeks, and they are not answering my calls or providing any updates. Every time I try to contact them, they redirect me to a support line with a wait time of 59 minutes, even if I wait for 10-15 minutes. It seems like they are avoiding me, despite their earlier promises to ensure my safety and security while using their app.

I recently ordered a meal from Captain D’s in Radcliff, KY, [redacted]. My order number is [redacted]. I'm Morris L. and used my wife Donna L.'s credit card. We were charged over $50.00, but the receipt shows the meal cost $24.66. We believe we have been overcharged and would like a refund promptly.

I placed an order at Pollo Tropical through Postmates for delivery. I received emails and a call from the driver who got lost due to app issues. After giving directions, I lost contact with him. For weeks, I've been attempting to receive payment through the app. Despite following the instructions provided a few days ago regarding verifying my account, the issue still persists. I am seeking live support to promptly resolve this matter. The main problem I encounter is not receiving the verification text message to link a bank or debit card for payments. In an effort to troubleshoot, I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app as well as re-entered my phone number.

Due to Denny's busy phone lines in San Marcos and Postmates not applying my AARP discount, I was charged $24.74 for order number [redacted] on 12/20/20 at 10:21:53 by server Olo A. Upon arriving for pickup, I learned I could have received the discount by ordering from the children's menu at the restaurant. I believe that Denny's should improve their phone service to accommodate orders and ensure staff inform customers about in-store ordering options. I kindly request a $5 credit from Denny's and appreciate a response to this email. Thank you.

I ordered 2 dinners from Bob Evans using their app, but it doubled the order by mistake. I tried to cancel it online, then called the restaurant for help. They assured me it was canceled, so I placed the order again correctly. Unfortunately, Postmates still charged me for the extra order that was never processed. I just want a refund for the duplicate order that I did not receive. Thank you.

I ordered food from El Grande in Wilmington, NC, through Postmates on College Road. This was my first time using the delivery service, and I was surprised to see two charges of $37.50 each for my small order. I reached out to the restaurant, and they directed me to contact Postmates. Unfortunately, I didn't receive a receipt, but I remember the driver's name, Trevor. I placed an order at McDonald's, but when I tried to pay with my card, they informed me that it was declined due to a new code system they have implemented. This was completely new to me, and I'm unsure how to proceed with payment to deliver the order to the customer. I am considering canceling the order. This is my third email to you all within the last 24 hours regarding the delivery to Tiana H. for LiquoCompensation or the store on Bethany Home Rd to her location near 91st Ave in Glendale on Christmas day. I have not been paid for the drop off. I need you all to acknowledge and respond. Furthermore, when it comes to paying the merchant with the prepaid card, I have no knowledge of what you're speaking about. I have not been informed about this aspect of the service nor do I possess the card you are referring to.

On Thanksgiving, I placed a small brunch order with Postmates. The tracking showed the restaurant was working on it, but unfortunately, the restaurant was closed for the holiday. Despite attempts to reach them, there was no answer. I witnessed the delivery person attempting to pick up the order through tracking but leaving shortly after. One delivery person even confirmed the restaurant was closed and advised to cancel the order. I've used other delivery services without encountering such issues. I canceled the order, switched to Grubhub, and reached out to Postmates via email. Unfortunately, I only received automated responses despite requesting assistance multiple times. They have charged me an unexpected $99 annual fee. I am frustrated with their lack of response and seek help to get a refund for both the $16 and $99 charges. I value having a documented correspondence due to previous experiences. I am disappointed with their customer service and will not be using Postmates again. Any advice on resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Wright, KY [redacted] Delivery Address: St. Elizabeth Hospital, Edgewood, KY, for Bess Turner Security was ready to help with the delivery if attempted but no call was received for pick up at the front entrance. Although a confirming text was sent, the food was not delivered. I am requesting a full refund of $24.25 for the undelivered order from the restaurant to the hospital.
