Contact customer service to get help with my food order. ... Placed a delivery order with the restaurant, the order was in process, the delivery driver was assigned - I had his name. Then I got a message from the delivery service that my order was canceled because they could not find a driver. So of course because I had a driver already assigned, they did not tell the truth. There was no contact telephone number. No way to try to straighten out this order. Did not get my food.
Their abbreviated online menu is wrong.*I as a customer knew that when they canceled my order they were not telling the truth because the delivery driver was already assigned.
I want a live human to contact me so we can speak of many problems with this delivery service, starting with a problem abbreviated online menu. Also requesting a direct telephone number to troubleshoot food orders as they are being processed.
I have been a customer of other delivery services and in all the years I have use delivery services, I have never had a problem. This is my first time with Postmates delivery and I am incredibly disappointed.
