Hi,*This is Donny Cox, and I’m a first time Postmates user. *I used Postmates for the very first time last night because there was issues with DoorDash. With the Postmates general business practice, its difficult to communicate with your Postmates delivery driver. I ordered well over ** dollars worth of food. I had the original Postmates person (cannot remember the name) text me, stating cotton patch has a ** minute wait time. I agreed, and he said he placed my order. This was sent*received at *:** pm. Then, at *:**, a new Postmates driver (Hallie) calls me to say that the restaurant said one hour. I cannot contact the previous driver that supposedly “placed my order” an hour ago of cotton patch said a ** min wait time. So, having to deal with this new driver, she tried to help as much as possible. I called the restaurant, and they didn’t even have my order. Then, Hallie contacts me stating that she just got my food at *:** pm. Remember, the order was placed around *:** pm with a supposedly ** min wait time. We are now going into * hours without food. I didn’t receive my food until close to *pm. Also, I’ve asked for contactless delivery, but still had to go outside to meet the driver because she was lost and couldn’t figure out where my apartment was at. I am not at all impressed with Postmates business model and the lack of customer service when it comes to trying to contact you is near to non existent, I was offered a $** credit with y’all? I wasn’t given an email or phone number to talk directly. I find that $** credit unacceptable, after having our night pretty much ruined. I even tried to contact our driver prior to her saying she got our food, and no response. I would like a full refund, and I appreciate the service y’all are offering during these times. But, nobody shouldn’t have to wait * hours after being told ** minutes. **Thank you
