You can also dispute a charge through the app. Once logged in, look up your ride under Your Trips, select the ride that you wish to dispute, then click "I would like a refund" and then select the reason for the refund request.

My food arrived completely cold as if it had been sitting for an extremely long time. I have asked for a refund for my order but Postmates customer service is terrible. I do not understand how they can deliver such poor quality food. If they couldnt make it they should have just canceled my order instead of being over ** minutes late. I want a refund for this transaction. I even called the restaurant and they advised they would refund me but they would have to refund postmates since that is who the transaction was with.
