Hi, Yesterday evening, on January 27, [redacted], a little after 6pm Pacific Standard Time, I placed an order for food from Thep Eatery in San Francisco through Postmates. The charge on my credit card ending in [redacted], associated with the email address I've provided, showed a total of $39.67. When I tracked the delivery on the Postmates app, it showed the food was picked up. I even contacted the restaurant, and they confirmed the pickup. However, after waiting for 45 minutes, I noticed that the driver marked the delivery as complete, although I never received my food. Dealing with requesting a refund or complaining about the driver through Postmates has been quite challenging. I reached out to Thep Eatery, and they confirmed that this issue has happened before with Postmates. To summarize, I paid for an order through Postmates, the payment went through, but the food was not delivered despite the app showing it was. I am requesting a full refund. Thanks, Eric

I'm having trouble using my PayPal account to pay for Postmates. I was charged $9.99 for a membership, but I can't make any purchases. It's frustrating that I can't buy anything with the app and my payments keep getting declined. I want a refund, and I need to cancel my subscription since I can't use the service for over a year now. On Saturday, February 1st, I had an order at Daddy Jack's on 96th Street through Postmates. I was delayed due to the busy restaurant, and the customer was unhappy as their order took longer than expected. The same issue occurred on Sunday, February 2nd at Buffalo Wild Wings, causing further dissatisfaction from the customer. Postmates credit card orders should inform customers of potential delays if not pre-ordered directly from the restaurant. Additionally, delivering to poorly lit areas with confusing directions can create challenges for drivers like myself, impacting both time and fuel efficiency. Despite these difficulties, I appreciate working for Postmates but believe there is room for improvement to avoid such situations. On another occasion, I faced technical errors receiving orders despite high demand in my area, delaying my work. Thank you.

I placed a $21 order with Smoothie King, only to receive a cancellation notification five minutes before the estimated delivery time. The message stated I wasn't charged, but my bank statement shows otherwise. This isn't the first time this has occurred, and I am disappointed. Waiting "3-5 business days" for a refund is not acceptable. As a college student just trying to have dinner, I need my money back promptly. I've decided not to use Postmates anymore and would like this matter resolved immediately.

On 2/4/[redacted], I placed an order at Fusion in Toledo, Ohio. I paid $13.98 for delivery, but unfortunately, the delivery driver did not show up. I received texts saying Marquis would deliver my order in 8 minutes, then 3 minutes later that Marquis was arriving soon, but no one showed up. I am disappointed and frustrated as my food was not delivered, and I would like a refund for this incident.

After a phone call with the driver, I immediately provided feedback on the Postmates app, stating clearly I didn't receive my food due to the driver's mistake. Despite my prompt feedback, I later discovered I hadn't received a refund. When I tried again the next day, I was told I was too late. I insist I submitted my feedback within 15 minutes, as I believed Postmates took action based on negative feedback. The failure to recognize my feedback shouldn't result in me being penalized. The app's user interface didn't guide me to a specific form, indicating a flaw in design. I expect better service considering my loyalty to Postmates. The situation demands a refund, as I followed procedures correctly while the team erred. I hope for a resolution to maintain my satisfaction and avoid negative reviews.

We found the food we received to have a terrible taste that was too unpleasant to eat. Even after attempting to salvage the meal by picking out the meat, the chicken was too dry to consume. The high price we paid for a dish that typically costs $8-9 during dinner added to our disappointment. We chose not to eat the food and had to purchase an alternative dinner. While we do not expect a refund for the appetizer, we kindly request a reimbursement for the entrees. We dined at Bangkok Express on Ulmerton.

My food arrived over 2 1/2 hours late, even though the restaurant is only 6 blocks away from my home. I paid $32.67, and the order was completely cold. The tacos were poorly made with very few ingredients, and I didn't receive a receipt as the manager said I needed it for a replacement. I am very displeased with this experience. I placed my order at 6:51 PM with an estimated 25-minute delivery time. It is now 8:43 PM, and there has been no communication regarding my order. Checking the status on POSTMATES shows it was supposed to arrive by 8:04 PM, 40 minutes ago. Despite one page indicating it's being picked up, there has been no delivery. Additionally, I noticed a significant increase in the food charges. After waiting almost 2 hours with no delivery, I am extremely frustrated. Unfortunately, the customer support options provided are not helpful, and the lack of direct assistance via chat or phone is disappointing. I am dissatisfied with this service and will not be using it again. I will also advise against it to others. I am considering disputing the charge with my bank due to the unacceptable delay in receiving my order.

I had trouble receiving my Postmates order because the driver couldn't find my location. I live on a military installation and mentioned this in the delivery instructions, stating I couldn't meet the driver at the gate. After a 30-minute wait, the driver called, explaining he didn't have the required enhanced license for entry. We both tried for about 45 minutes to contact customer support with no success. Eventually, the driver advised me to cancel the order for a refund, but the app indicated I would be charged in full when I tried. It's frustrating to wait over an hour, face inconvenience, and still be expected to pay without receiving the food or reaching support. I only seek a refund for my order.

I placed an order for my meal at 6:51 p.m. on February 9, [redacted], from Taco Bell in Florence, Alabama. I received a confirmation email stating that my order was accepted and in progress. However, after over 2 hours passed with no delivery, I contacted Taco Bell only to find out they never received the order. The website falsely claimed my order was being prepared and would be delivered by 8:04 p.m. (it was already 8:30 p.m.). I decided to cancel the order, but Postmates still charged me. I am now requesting a refund and expect nothing less.

I placed an order on the Postmates app about 90 minutes ago and unfortunately encountered issues with the delivery. I reside on a military base and made it clear in my instructions that the driver would need access to the base. The Postmate driver contacted me explaining he couldn't enter the base due to not having the necessary identification required by the base security. Despite his efforts to find a solution, he couldn't reach anyone for assistance. He suggested I cancel the order for a refund, which is frustrating since I waited well past the estimated time for my food. It's disappointing to be left without my meal and expected to pay without receiving a refund due to circumstances beyond my control.

I recently placed an order with Mayfair Liquors for home delivery. Instead of selecting items from a list, they asked me to describe what I wanted. After describing two items, I proceeded to place the order. Before confirming, I noticed a $10 delivery fee, which seemed reasonable. However, upon processing the order, Postmates charged me $60 instead of the expected $40, without even picking up my order first. The order page mentions that they will refund the difference in a few days. This unexpected charge has significantly depleted my account balance, leaving me worried about having enough funds for my upcoming expenses. The lack of transparency in how this amount was determined is concerning and has put me in a difficult financial situation.

I ordered from Steak 'n Shake and initially, one person had accepted my order, but then it switched to someone else. If the first person had picked it up, maybe my order would have been fine. However, when my food arrived, the fries were all cold and soggy, and I had to throw away the cheese fries. The chicken tenders were also cold and one was missing from the container for the burger. The bun and lettuce were also not good, so I could only eat the meat and egg. I want a full refund since I couldn't eat most of what I ordered.

I'm experiencing an issue with an undelivered and subsequently canceled order. Despite contacting customer service promptly, I am still awaiting my $19.99 refund, which was supposed to be credited as "Postmates Credit." However, I prefer the refund to be returned to my card as I do not plan to utilize Postmates in the future. It has been nearly a week, and I am eager to receive my money back. I found it challenging to report the problem as the website was not user-friendly and did not allow me to input the verification code sent to my phone. It took considerable effort to reach out for support regarding this matter, a frustrating experience overall.

I placed my food order at 7:12 am. Initially, the app indicated an estimated arrival time of 8:12 am. However, there were subsequent updates pushing the delivery time to 9:02 am, stating that the merchant required more time to prepare my order. The merchant even contacted me to inform that my food was left waiting for a driver, getting cold in the process. This delay not only risks serving me cold food but also poses health concerns regarding the time the food has been sitting out. The lack of communication seems to be an issue, as the cafe may need to remake my order if it has been waiting for a prolonged period, all due to the difficulty of securing a driver through the Postmates platform. This situation is unacceptable, resulting in wasted resources, both on their end and mine, as I have been waiting for breakfast for two hours now.

I made a purchase from Beverly Hills Platters, located at 66-57 Fresh Pond Road, on February 14, [redacted], and it was delivered at 4:57 PM. My order consisted of (1) Fava Hummus, (1) Big Baller Beef & Rice Platter, and (1) Baklava. Upon inspecting the order, I noticed that the Big Baller Beef & Rice Platter was missing. I have a photo of the items I received available if necessary. I reached out to customer support, but the ticket was marked as resolved without any communication from the team via email or phone. I placed an order over an hour ago through Postmates for delivery to my house from Winners New York Pizza. Despite receiving a confirmation that a driver was on the way, the delivery never showed up. Hi, I recently ordered AirPods and had an issue with the delivery. The delivery person claimed to have dropped off the package while I was out, but I couldn't find it when I got home. I recently tried to place an order from Curia On the Drag using Postmates but faced an issue with the card machine at the restaurant.
