You can also dispute a charge through the app. Once logged in, look up your ride under Your Trips, select the ride that you wish to dispute, then click "I would like a refund" and then select the reason for the refund request.
The issue in GetHuman-danandas's own words
We were notified via email that there was an order on our Postmates. We did not order anything from chipotle and I’m pretty sure it must’ve gone to a different address. We were not home when it said the delivery arrived. We would like to stop the charges as this was not us ordering the food. We will change your password and any information we need to to ensure that our account is not used by someone else.

GetHuman-danandas did not yet indicate what Postmates.com should do to make this right.
