we order lunch one day , received our order that day but got charge again two days later for an order, that we did not order. How can we get our money back and ensure that that does not happen , I liked the service the first time, but being double charged for an order that we did not order , authorizing money from my account with out permission makes me not want to use your service. It angered me even more not being able to talk to someone on the phone to help me with this situatation.
