As my first order using postmates.. I didn't know what to expect. I placed my order for Fazoli's at **:** PM. I received a phone call at *:**PM from the postmate in charge of my delivery saying that fazoli's is closed for a few days due to renovations. He was very sweet & asked if there was anything else I would like & he would deliver it to me. I apologized & told him I had no idea they were closed & thanked him but declined his offer.. My concern is with canceling my order. When I try to cancel the order, it says I will be charged for my order plus a cancellation fee. I am needing to cancel the order without being charged. Not very pleased with my experience. I understand it isn't your fault that the restaurant was closed. Please just cancel my order without charging my card....
