I recently received a call from someone claiming to be a representative from Postmates, informing me that a customer had canceled their order. The caller guided me through a cancellation process and asked for my email for a three-step verification. Subsequently, I received a link to change my password, which I followed. Unfortunately, I later discovered that my account had been compromised, with my debit card information changed and my funds transferred to an unknown account. Realizing this, I promptly changed my account details and will be updating my email associated with the account. I have now reentered the correct card information on my account.

I encountered an issue while picking up an order on Postmates. After selecting "picked up," the app froze, causing me to exit and log back in, only to find the order missing. This problem happens frequently during my deliveries, disrupting my workflow and payment process. Restarting the phone temporarily resolves the freezing, but it's not a sustainable solution. It's evident that the issue lies within the app, as my phone works fine otherwise. I am dedicated to providing a prompt service to customers, but these technical glitches are costing me both time and money. Additionally, I received two parking tickets totaling $[redacted] while trying to pick up orders due to insufficient parking spaces. Despite taking precautions like using hazard lights and ensuring safe parking, this issue persists. Postmates, please address these concerns promptly to improve the delivery experience for both drivers and customers.

Hello, I made an order from Rubios Mexican Grill at around 5:15 pm on March 19, [redacted]. My order included a Burrito Especial - Steak and 2 Salsa Verde Shrimp Tacos plate with a side of beans and Mexican rice. Unfortunately, my order was incorrect. Instead of Mexican rice, I received a side of chips with the taco plate, and the Burrito Especial had chicken instead of steak. The receipt confirms these errors, but the Postmates app shows the correct order. I am requesting a full refund or $25 in credit because most of my order was wrong, and I paid $25 for a meal I didn't receive. I hope this can be resolved quickly. Thank you. - V. Coles

Our recent order from Pegasus through Postmates was a complete disaster. Despite living just 5 blocks away, all the food arrived cold, as if it had been taken straight out of a refrigerator. The garlic cheese bread was not only cold but extremely dense, making it impossible to bite into. To make matters worse, we paid extra for alfredo sauce, which was missing from the order. My lasagna, which was supposed to have rose sauce, had no sauce at all, resembling a dry piece of pasta with some meat and partially melted cheese. It was so dry and lacking in sauce or cheese that it was inedible. Similarly, my husband's half/half manicotti & cannelloni dish also arrived cold without the requested Rose Cream Sauce, rendering it inedible as well.

I recently placed an order over the weekend but received the wrong items. Instead of two 16" sandwiches, I received two 6" ones, prepared incorrectly. After having to order another sandwich and facing a delay of an hour and a half, I contacted customer support for assistance. Their response seemed inadequate, merely stating they will contact the driver and restaurant to prevent future mistakes. I requested a refund or credit, but the response was dismissive, thanking me for feedback and urging me to use their service again in the future. I find this resolution unsatisfactory and believe they should take responsibility for their service. It's disappointing when a company fails to address a mistake and make amends with their customers.

I encountered an issue with my recent custom order on Postmates. When trying to order from an unlisted restaurant, I chose a nearby one instead. Despite the order being accepted, the Postmates courier's card was declined multiple times upon payment. Consequently, I had to pay the restaurant over the phone to cover the order. This led to a double charge, once to the eatery and again through Postmates. I am seeking assistance to resolve this matter and request a refund for the duplicate charge.

Hello, my name is Gabriel Hernandez. Last night, while I was out making deliveries, I was unexpectedly logged out of my account when I arrived to pick up an order. Upon logging back in, I noticed that not only had I lost the delivery I was on, but my earnings were also missing. What concerns me the most is that my debit card information seemed to have been altered, indicating that someone else may have access to my funds. I recently ordered items from CVS for delivery and specifically requested CVS Saline nasal spray. However, the wrong product was delivered, causing me to place a second order. Each order included extra items to qualify for free delivery, totaling over $[redacted] with two service fees. Despite reporting the incorrect deliveries, I received no resolution or credit for the mistake. To make matters worse, an item was missing from the second order. This experience left me feeling scammed and incredibly frustrated, impacting my weekend. As an independent contractor for Postmates, I fell victim to a fraudulent scheme recently. Someone posing as a Postmates representative called me regarding a supposedly fraudulent transaction at Jack in the Box. The caller, who seemed convincing as he knew details about the app and promised a bonus, instructed me to take certain actions. Unfortunately, I realized it was a scam too late. The fraudster altered my account information, transferring my hard-earned $46.07 to an unknown account by March 20, [redacted]. This phishing incident left me feeling violated and helpless, especially as a single mother responsible for four young children. The loss directly impacts my ability to provide basic necessities like formula and milk for my kids. I hope Postmates can assist me during this challenging time.

I recently noticed two charges on my bank statement: one for $32.99 on 2/5/19 and another for $17.55 on 1/29/19. I'm unfamiliar with Postmates and never authorized these transactions. I had an issue with a delivery from Amiyah P. I came down immediately when she called, but she was nowhere to be found even though the app showed the delivery as completed. I tried calling her back, but her phone was off. I reported the problem through the app and tried reaching out to Postmates customer service at [redacted] without success. Poke Poke mentioned an African American female had picked up the order but couldn't help me contact Postmates. At 5:41pm, I saw on the Postmates system that my issue was marked as "resolved," but I was still prompted to tip her. I am a student at 42 and had witnesses to confirm my efforts to resolve the situation. I have phone call records to support this. Please investigate this matter further.

I placed an order on Postmates approximately ninety minutes ago for about $20. The app has been showing my food as picked up by the driver for the past 45 minutes. Initially, the driver's car stayed in a parking lot for 15 minutes, and then it started driving in the opposite direction of my location, which is just a mile away. This situation is frustrating as my food will likely arrive cold and significantly later than expected. As a former Postmates driver, I know it's improbable to drive that far away from the designated location. I am requesting a refund for the inconvenience caused. I have tried reaching out to the driver via calls and texts without any response. It is unacceptable for a driver to provide such poor service, and I believe further action should be taken. I have evidence in pictures showing the car going in the wrong direction if necessary.

I placed an order on Postmates roughly 90 minutes ago for about $20. The app has shown that my food was picked up by the driver for the last 45 minutes. Initially, the car idled in the parking lot for 15 minutes. Subsequently, the car has been driving in the opposite direction from the food's original location. Despite the restaurant being a mile away, the driver seems to be going all over. Consequently, my food will likely be cold by the time it arrives, well past my intended dining time. This situation is frustrating. I used to drive for Postmates and it seems improbable to drive that far off course. I am seeking a refund due to this significant disruption. Although I tried reaching out to the driver via calls and texts, they have not responded. I have not received any explanations on the delay and the diverging route. I believe this driver should be deactivated from the app for such poor service. I can provide photographic evidence of the driver going in the wrong direction if necessary. The food finally arrived after two hours, but the chips are soggy, tacos cold and stiff, and the soda diluted from melted ice. After waiting for two hours, I can't even consume this food.

I have been waiting at Irina Sushi in Studio City, CA for over 45 minutes to pick up an order. The delay is causing me to lose money on deliveries. I am unable to notify the customer of the delay as I cannot mark the order as picked up. Additionally, the lack of parking is concerning as I may receive a ticket. Ordering on arrival should not be an option in these situations. I estimate losing up to $20 in earnings due to this delay. Hello, my name is Yvonne Acosta and I am a delivery driver for Postmates. Today around 8 p.m., while I was doing multiple pickups for deliveries, I had an issue at General Joe's Chopstix located at [redacted] Montrose Blvd, Houston, TX. The order I was there to pick up for Christian Reed had already been picked up by another driver. I later found out that the order was canceled due to an emergency, but neither I nor the customer was informed. The customer never received their food as the restaurant required verification from Postmates to remake the order. To ensure the customer isn't charged, I canceled the order as damaged, but I won't receive payment for this and cannot work for the next 30 minutes. I am requesting that the customer receive a refund and that I be compensated for this inconvenience. Thank you.

As a Miami delivery driver for Postmates, tonight, just before 9 p.m., I received an order for small french fries from Jack in the Box. Coincidentally, another Postmates driver named Stacy Curry was also there. She shared an experience where a person claiming to be from the Postmates regional office called after the order, asking for login details and then stealing money. I have a screenshot of the telephone number that called and am open to discussing this situation. The same number called me as Stacy was sharing the story. I asked for verification of their number but they couldn't provide it and hung up. I have warned my Postmates driver friends about this scam. It may be necessary for Postmates to release a press statement or warning regarding this issue if it is widespread. Apologies for any errors in this message, as I am using voice-to-text.

The driver didn't speak English. When I asked for mozzarella sandwiches instead, he seemed confused and kept mentioning there were no sandwiches. After contacting Starbucks, I discovered he left without them. It's frustrating that there was a language barrier leading to this issue. Clear communication channels should be in place to prevent such incidents. I was charged for the order and had to send him back. Unfortunately, this spoiled the surprise breakfast I had planned for my boyfriend, all over two sandwiches.

Hello, I attempted to contact someone today regarding a hundred-dollar gift card for food delivery, but I am dissatisfied with the misleading information. I almost placed a $91 order only to discover that the promotion only covered the delivery fee. I believe I am entitled to the promised gift card to compensate for the inconvenience caused.
