Figure out what happened to the ***$ bonus for completing the trips. ... As it stands, my situation is a bit simple but I'm still in the dark. Postmates in the Atlanta area promises a ***$ bonus to those who complete ** trips in their first thirty days.**I've done so, and it's been nearly * complete days and I have seen no sign of the bonus or the incentive or anything dealing with it. **Don't get me wrong I enjoy driving for Postmates and it's very good, still even now. But I'm not a fan of the lack of information. What I did receive was an email stating that I did complete the quest and that it'd take up to **hours for them to verify that I did indeed do the trips.**But, beyond that I'm completely in the dark and when I asked, after calling their only available number, I was told that the person didn't know anything about it and that I would simply need to email postmates to get an in depth understanding. I'd like just some sort of insight?
I've no real way to contact them or figure out where to go from here, as the call center is apparently limited on knowledge.
Ah, I suppose get a response on what happens now? Anything is better than nothing.
Call center. It didn't help much, they were just as clueless as I was and told me to email them. To which I did, but got no reply.
