Immediately after a Sarpino’s order I reported that the driver wouldn’t deliver it to me so I had to walk blocks in the snow to get it, he was an hour late, and the pizza was soggy and completely drenched in ranch that must have spilled during delivery. I asked for a refund immediately and was promised that I would receive one but now it has been nearly ** days and I have still not been refunded for it. I was also promised credit on top of the refund and I have received nothing. I would like to receive what I was promised
