I (Cynthia Thornton - Phone: (***) ***-**** - Order: Tenno Sushi *********) placed an ordered through Postmates tonight that was a COMPLETE NIGHTMARE. Miso soup spilled from busted cup into the plastic bag they’d place the large cup of soup into. Cappuccino macaron ice cream was completely missing from the order. Mango macaron ice cream was placed on top of the hot soup, which means that it arrived melted. Miso soup that we called the restaurant to inquire if it could be prepared NON-SPICY and they said that it could arrived SPICY. Called the restaurant immediately after we began taking our items from the bag. Spoke to BEN. He advised us to contact Postmates and request a FULL REFUND ON THE ENTIRE ORDER. Postmates immediately applied some kind of credit for $*.**. I need a full refund as the restaurant advised on the entire order. If I do not receive it , I will contact my bank to initiate a chargeback. I have ordered from Tenno Sushi in several occasions and most times, their service is impeccable. This time, the entire transaction was a colossal failure and a $*.** credit to my Postmates account is UNACCEPTABLE!
