The issue in GetHuman-beccamkz's own words
I would like to have my last order clarified. Postmates charged my credit card $**.** for an order of food that was only $**! I ordered * meals. One meal was $**, the *nd meal was $*, the *rd meal was $*. A total of $**. My receipt shows a sub total plus tax of $**.**. Then a service fee of $**.** is added. I was not aware of a service fee until after I placed my order & received my bill. It wasn’t until I googled what the service fee could be that I read about merchants not partnered with postmates. Nowhere in the postmates app does it state anything about a service fee for non-partnered merchants. When searching for a place to order from we found Raising Canes was available thru postmates but no where along the whole process of searching for a place to order from & placing our order was any verbiage about non partnered merchants or any additional fee charged. I would like a new bill showing the correct amount of food ordered at $** & the service fee removed. My total cost for the order through postmates should not exceed $**!
I would like my credit card credited for the difference in what was billed and our actual order. Also credit for the service fee that is not posted anywhere through the ordering process would be charged.
I have tried email Postmates. Still waiting for a reply.
