Postmates.com doesn't have a customer phone number that is answered by an agent. Instead, GetHuman-lexieper will need to dig through the advice provided by Postmates.com, other customers and consumer advocacy websites like GetHuman. The issue in GetHuman-lexieper's own words
I ordered Burger King at *:** PM, and it said it was ready and out for delivery at *:** PM. The food was supposed to be delivered at *:** PM. At *:** I text and called the Postmates driver and he claimed he was out on another delivery and would be coming to me in ** minutes. I saw him delivering my food and watched the car, and he drove away from the address provided into an alley and sat there for*** minutes. I then called again and told him I could see him sitting in an alley and asked him why he was sitting there. He then told me * more minutes. I waited over ** minutes for my food, and no longer want the food because I’m concerned for my own health and safety that he was doing something to my food. I would like to be refunded for the purchase as well as refunded for the cancellation fee because this was not my fault. I have screenshots and screen records of the man not moving and parked in an alley. I also have screenshots of the phone record.
GetHuman-lexieper did not yet indicate what Postmates.com should do to make this right.
