Last night I ordered my food at *:** pm. It said it would be delivered originally at *:** pm. After approximately ** minutes the delivery time changed and got pushed back another ** minutes. I didn't get my food until **:** pm. The food was cold and there was a problem with my food , the driver who oiginally took my order placed it then canceled it due to it being a hour wait for it so I waited for my Valentine's day dinner for close to two and a half hours and was told by The Cheesecake Factory's management that the refund for this horrible experience comes from you because you're the third party and because it's Postmates fault, because I patiently waited close to three full hours for my food and it was delivered to me AFTER the business was closed. I demand a full refund for this awful experience.*I am expecting a phone call or email confirming this refund.**My email is ******@***.com*Cell ***-***-******Thank you**-Samantha
