I am extremely dissatisfied with my order of food from Chili’s Bar and Grill through Postmates on *******. I ordered based on the prices Postmates provided which came to a subtotal of $**.**. Then upon receiving the charge the subtotal for food was $**.** plus a $** service fee which ultimately is charging me *x more than the original subtotal. You provide a message on the receipt stating “This is an order from a non partner so the prices above are estimates.” I can understand a small difference in price but this is way too much. How could your app provide such a differnce in pricing? The subtotal itself is a $** difference which is **% of the original price of $**.**. Imagine you planning to pay for something and finding out there is a **% extra charge. I could only imagine what your frustration would be. I get you say this is a nonpartner that you can’t control but you can control the prices you show on your app. You should not show prices if it is going to be that different (just allow me to go online and view the menu if you can’t get the prices within *% of the actual charges). Due to this grave miscalculation on your part I respectfully request that you remove the total charge of $** and charge me for the original cost of $** plus the tip of $*. If this in not possible it can be effectively done by provide me with a credit of the differnce. Please let me know your response.
