Hello, *My name is Alondra Russe (A*****@***.com). **I am trying to get in contact with you guys regarding an order that I placed yesterday for about * minute until I realized that it went from delivery option to pick up without me noticing. I was currently at work (so I couldn’t not leave) when the order was place and I cancelled it as soon as I realized that it said pick up instead of delivery even though I had definitely picked on the delivery option. I also have a witness who was also confused when the order was placed and said pick up instead. I am emailing you asking to please refund the money that was taken from my account or give me a credit on the account. I understand you guys have a policy but the order was automatically went to begin “preparing” and I know they hadn’t started making it because I called the store and asked. There really isn’t a reason why I shouldn’t get my money back, the merchant hadn’t even looked at the order whenever I called. I hope you guys understand the frustration and work with me in this situation. My co-workers and I just recently found Postmates to be a good app to order around where we work and we hope not to change our mind about using it because of a small dispute like this. Thank you and I’ll be waiting to hear from you guys!
