Postmates.com doesn't have a customer phone number that is answered by an agent. Instead, GetHuman-thaifood will need to dig through the advice provided by Postmates.com, other customers and consumer advocacy websites like GetHuman. Here are some instructions we've written for similar issues- hopefully GetHuman-thaifood can let us know if they help or not.
Before contacting them, items GetHuman-thaifood may need:

I am a Postmates partner and driver with the fleet app. I have been doing this since November. According to the customers ratings and the company feedback I'm not doing a bad job at all in fact I've got nothing but compliments and one of the reasons that I wanted to do this with Postmates is because it was a new service here and I wanted to help it grow and get in on the ground level so that we can push for something fantastic in the city and make people really satisfied. I did never think that the paper delivery was enough and now that the bonus is seemed to have disappeared and I cannot get anything from customer service as far as a response goes from a real person I find it quite insulting to think that they would bring people on and set us out there with virtually no support anyway and put us to work for $* per delivery when other services are paying more such as doordash who I also drive for. so without any contribution as far as emails or warning notices or anything like that seemingly somewhat human conversation they just firstly zap $* off the peak our bonuses without any explanation as far as that goes so that went from $* per delivery down to $*. Then about two weeks later or so gone nothing nothing no dollar signs on my screen no mention of bonuses and my notification area however all the site blogs and everything else and frequently asked questions and such I'll refer to peak hours everyday from lunch time and * dinner time so what's up with the peak-hour bonuses in Wichita Kansas then and why can't I same to get to the bottom of why mine has disappeared. I have finally starting to get busier with Postmates and it was worth it to get dressed and go out to drive as long as I was making some bonus time but just to get up and drive across town like I did today from one end to the other and then yesterday as well spending money on gas and all the time that it takes for just $* per delivery and frequently sent to dead orders it just doesn't make any sense why would anyone want to do that?**So in essence I would like to know why didn't the company explain this why aren't they answering my emails and what are the plans for the peak hours bonuses since the app still mentions their offering drivers this twice-daily where is it in my market and why don't I see it anymore?
