Postmates.com doesn't have a customer phone number that is answered by an agent. Instead, GetHuman-fullajta will need to dig through the advice provided by Postmates.com, other customers and consumer advocacy websites like GetHuman. Last year I tried the Postmates unlimited, the annual fee is ** something dollars. I live in a place in Malibu where I am not able to get anything post mate delivered to my house. I am ***% sure that I canceled my automatic renewal shortly after being charged after the free trial Because I realized I had no restaurant or food options in my location. However, since the free trial had expired before I could cancel the automatic renewal last year I had to live with the fact that I spent $** for nothing. This is when I made sure to cancel the automatic renewal so it would not happen for ****. Now I have just been notified that post mates has charged one of the cards that I had on file because I realized I had no restaurant or food options in my location. Now I have just been notified that Postmates has charged one of the cards that I had on file. for automatic renewal. I do not know how this happened but I am extremely frustrated and disappointed in Postmates. I am very seriously requesting a refund back to the card that was charged. If I am not read funded I will never use Postmates again because I am absolutely infuriated that this happened. And I love Postmates, you guys are usually a very respectable reliable delivery service, however this is definitely not okay.
