I have been trying to contact you guys for the past ** hours. I have emailed multiple times. I made two Postmates orders last night. The first order was cancelled after a hour and a half of placing the order. The *nd order was running over a hour and a half late when I decided to pick up food from the restaurant instead. I initially placed a dinner order at * and at *** decided this was too ridiculous as the app had not changed whatsoever. I have emailed so many times and have not gotten a response. I refuse to be charged for this order.
