Confusing tip policies, NEED CONTACT phone* for POSTMATES... also, when error to confirm order occurs, then you go back to correct and same outcome..starting over gets a clean order then you find you are going to be receiving TWO OF THE SAME ORDER after trying to correct THEIR WEB ERROR! Some delivery guys are properly bagging your order and others are a MESS! THIS IS A REAL FRUSTRATION and a tax on my overall account! PHONE NUMBER PLEASE!

I have been having to provide a pre-appointed tip without the option to let Postmates know my tip is and has been in cash. I've been charged DOUBLE what I've been providing the delivery guys lately..that's TOO MUCH. AND, WHY isn't there a contact PHONE NUMBER so I can get my issue across clearly and with immediate response??!* I'm also VERY annoyed by an issue from last night while placing order w* KFC *th Ave., NYC..upon clicking on place order, they said an error occurred, so I tried again, same outcome..then noticed an existing * items in cart and tried clicking on THAT to confirm what I was trying to do, only to be informed that that cart did not exist. SO I STARTED OVER completely, after confirming order, saw the 'successfully placed order', a bit later got phone call from Postmate delivery guy, told me they were OUT OF INDIVIDUAL sized, double chocolate cake, I replied: "Cancel the cake thing altogether, no cake at all please." then later on I found myself answering to TWO SUCCESSIVE ORDERS, one right after the other, a delivery arrived from Postmates for same order only one of them had the FAMILY*ECONOMY SIZE CAKE, the sides were oozing into my chicken, the hot beans were on top of a cold coleslaw side and the separate bag had my container partially opened with contents all over that bag. Bad bagging placement for the order and after he left, few moments after, another Postmates delivery guy arrived, much better bagging placement and, thank goodness, no cake at all. SO, "WTF??!"!...also, one of the mixed orders of same had informed me that there were no more double chocolate individual cake options so I asked that he eliminate it all together..the FIRST order of same (immediately prior) arrived with a FAMILY SIZE double chocolate cake when I CLEARLY requested INDIVIDUAL size.*All along I've had issues with the "SELECT your two sides": ALWAYS, no matter my choice, the first side showing a dot next to it is what goes into the cart, the second choice is only one I have control over..VERY MADDENING!*SO, please CALL ME at either: landline NYC* cell phone*YOU HAVE MY INFO, I NEED a CONTACT PHONE NUMBER to reach POSTMATES!**ASAP*Thank You,*Bridget Bernhart
