I have been waiting for postmates to finish resolving an issue where my was hacked nov **, ****. Someone used my account to make several food orders (*) from different locations in the US. All the orders were placed on the same day from restaurants located in different states. I contacted postmates and they agreed that the account was hacked and removed * of the five charges. I am still waiting for the ** dollar charge to be reversed on my account. I requested to have my account deleted as I was not that fond of the service. The account email was *****@***.com in Portland Oregon. I have not been able to reach anyone to follow up and finish reversing the charges. I guess the next step would be reporting it to the BBB.**January **, still no acknowledgement or response from postmates or gethuman.com
