Postmates.com doesn't have a customer phone number that is answered by an agent. The issue in GetHuman-goharas's own words
Our establishment, O'Hara's Downtown Bar & Grill in the Jersey City location, received a call around *:** PM regarding a Postmate order for Robert. They were a total of * items which totaled up to the amount of $**.**. The driver that was suppose to pick up and pay for the food on behalf of Postmate walked in and aggressively asked to cancel the order because he was not patient enough to wait for a few seconds to retrieve the order. First of, the number that was provided to the employee was not a direct contact number for the customer. Secondly, there was no working number to personally contact your establishment to instantly report this. This is unacceptable and I personally do not have time to deal with any unprofessional manner especially when it comes at the stake of a business. Since you cannot figure out how to have everyone run your business the right way, then we no longer want to do any type of business with you. So, that being said, I am informing you that we no longer want to be included on the list of Postmates. Remove O'Hara's off the list - moving forward any and all orders that are requested via Postmates will be immediately declined. **Sincerely, *Management
