The driver did not deliver my order, apparently he texted but my phone had died, I let you guys know that I haven’t received my order and I was told that I would still be charged and the food isn’t going to be sent back out? The driver had the complete address including apartment number, he should of knocked on the door not just wait in car until I respond to text, and how am I going to be charged for something I never got, this needs to be fixed or I will dispute the claim with my bank, you can’t charge me for a service never provided, didn’t even offer a credit or have driver take food back out! That is totally Absurd!
