I just placed an order from Waffle House that is completely incorrect based on the incompetence of the delivery driver, named ‘Valerie C.’, who called me * separate times before her arrival to ask me to repeat my order. I clearly stated what I had ordered on the menu app and clarified any modifications. She then, called me AGAIN at the restaurant and asked me to speak to the cook of the restaurant and explain my order to them. Completely confusing, frustrating, and ridiculous. After placing my order with the restaurant employee on the phone, my delivery driver arrives (after clearly sitting in a culdesac at the end of my street for * minutes, visible on the car tracking in the app), she brings my order with literally * of the correct items and none of the other * items I ordered. She said she could “go back to the restaurant” because she didn’t “remember what I ordered the first time”. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST MOST INCOMPETENT SERVICE EVER. I’m a regular user of this app and refuse to pay for this horrific experience, my family and kids are here hungry and we have * cold eggs and a waffle. Please let me know how to go about giving my order information to you in order for me to receive a full refund. I will not be a continued customer or user of this service otherwise. Also, I’d like to hope that this driver is notified directly of my dissatisfaction and perhaps you should go about better employee qualifications in the future.
