Postmates.com doesn't have a customer phone number that is answered by an agent. Instead, GetHuman-lucil_ju will need to dig through the advice provided by Postmates.com, other customers and consumer advocacy websites like GetHuman. I’ve been canceling my orders because I got an experience yesterday and that place I went to line and everything to wait for the food and they don’t have the food that the customer wanted to. So I was calling the customer and everything and they didnt answer the phone and I also tried to message them but nothing so I canceled it. Today in my first order I went to *-Eleven and I tried to call the customer they don’t answer , the cashier from *-Eleven told me that their machine doesn’t work and they’re not able to continue with that order so that I need to cancel it because it’s a waste of time and I spent my time calling this customer and nothing even message him and nothing. My only choice was to go offline which it wasn’t in my mind because I wanted to do postmates while I have the time in this morning... I know that going offline like this it’s gonna affect my productivity during postmates and it wasn’t an option for my to just cancel the order and continue doing postmates.. this is frustrating !
GetHuman-lucil_ju did not yet indicate what Postmates.com should do to make this right.
