Instead, GetHuman-aprylwim will need to dig through the advice provided by Postmates.com, other customers and consumer advocacy websites like GetHuman. I have an issue with Fleet Support. They told me that if I didn’t go to the McDonald’s address shown on their app (Woodley Park location) that it would effect my pay. The customer living in Mount Pleasant off **th, living at **** Center Street in NW Washington, DC ***** ordered from a McDonald’s in Woodley Park on **-**-****. I happened to be at **** Adams Mill Road when my pickup order came.*I went to the McDonald’s at **** **th Street, across the street and ordered the food there, because it was closure. The Woodley Park McDonald’s would have been further away and required a bus to it and another one to get to wherever this customer was. (The farthest I have gone is Wisconsin and S Street from this location, which is a huge distance for a walker.) I requested a phone call from Fleet support because their app would not allow me to complete delivery. But I managed to get around that obstacle. They said not going to (Woodley) would affect my pay. Immediately, the customer cancelled my time and money was wasted. I am suspicious why a customer would knowingly choose the furthest McDonald’s from them? I have opinions that this was not a real delivery but instead I feel that I was being used for GPS to add to marketing repertoire. This is the first time that I did not go to the address on the app to pick up food, but it is the second time in * days that I was sent to a McDonald’s further away from where I was. For all my effort to be efficient, putting the customer first, I was paid $*.**. It was at least ** min of my time and buss fare.**I can be reached at ***-***-****
