I recently made a purchase for delivery from Newport Quik Stop, but it was mistakenly processed as a pickup order. Unfortunately, I am unable to pick it up at the moment, and the items have been sitting for about half an hour. Despite reaching out to the store, they were unable to assist me. I attempted to cancel the order for a refund, but encountered difficulties. I am concerned about potential charges, as I remember selecting delivery for free. I have not received my refund from Postmates yet. They placed the money on a gift card that was supposed to be connected to my bank account, but the refund has not come through as promised. After verifying my account with the delivery driver, he assured me that the money would be refunded along with an additional $30 for the canceled orders. I recently placed an order with a local restaurant and waited for 40 minutes for the delivery. When it arrived, I was shocked to see that I was charged $23 for two side dishes. I tried to contact Postmates without success and had to call the restaurant directly. They informed me that the actual charge was $4.31, not $23. Hello, I recently placed an order with Belle Isle Kitchen via Postmates. Upon ordering, I received a notification about "unavailable modifications" and was prompted to adjust my order within 10 minutes. I had requested to substitute egg whites for eggs but was okay with receiving the regular eggs. Unfortunately, I couldn't find an option to remove the modifier, only to delete, cancel the order, or make changes. In an attempt to remove the modifier, I accidentally deleted the item and selected "update order." Consequently, my order only included the doughnuts instead of the intended meal with two doughnuts. When I tried to cancel and reorder, the system was going to charge me $16, which seemed more than my original purchase. Realizing my error, I promptly placed the same order again afterward. Hello, my name is Kara Harmer. I placed an order on Postmates last night from Taco Bell. Unfortunately, the order I received was incorrect, and I was charged for an item I didn't order. I had ordered 6 Doritos Tacos with meat and cheese only, a Chalupa Supreme combo without tomato, a soft taco, and a blue raspberry slush, as well as 2 value bean and cheese burritos. However, what I got was 6 meat-only tacos, an XL chalupa combo with a strawberry slush, 2 bean burritos, and an extra 7-layer burrito that I didn't request and was charged for. The delivery driver mentioned that Taco Bell added the item and charged me. Despite saying they couldn't refund my card, I had to tip him using the app. I was only given $2 in cash without knowing the correct refund amount. To make matters worse, I was billed on two different cards. I have video evidence of the order. I'm disappointed with this experience, especially since I rely on your service due to a disability. I am experiencing my fourth attempt within three days to report an unauthorized charge of $95.88 on my account for a yearly Postmates Unlimited subscription on a disused card. I haven't used Postmates in months and didn't authorize an automatic yearly renewal. I previously paid for Unlimited on a month-to-month basis. I am only seeking reimbursement for the $95.88 charge and request it to be credited back into my account promptly. I did not utilize the Postmates Unlimited services and should be entitled to a refund per the app and website. Although it claims support is available 24/7, I have solely received automated responses hours after my reports. Despite assurances of a follow-up from customer service personnel, I have not received any further instructions. This led to an additional $25.00 overdraft fee, totaling $[redacted].88. This issue must be addressed urgently as I am a recent graduate on a tight budget. I require immediate resolution to get my funds back. Kindly provide the name and contact number for a customer relations manager for a direct phone conversation. Email correspondence has proven to be unreliable. Thank you.

On Thursday, December 13th, I made my first order on Postmates for Qdoba, a fast food restaurant just 2.5 miles away. Placing the order at 4:57, the app initially stated a 30-60 minute wait time but kept extending it every time I checked. The estimated delivery time was pushed back to 6:47, which seemed excessive for such a short distance. Despite the app showing the driver at the restaurant during my call, I sensed he was driving elsewhere. The driver assured me the food would be ready in 5 minutes, but after waiting 30 more minutes, I called him to find out the food had been sitting at Qdoba for 40 minutes while he claimed otherwise. Upon canceling the order and returning the cold food to the driver, I was shocked to see a charge of $49.77 on my account. A refund and a conversation with a customer service representative to address this unsatisfactory experience would be greatly appreciated.

I attempted to begin a free trial for the $9 monthly unlimited service. Unfortunately, the free trial ended, and I overlooked it. Upon reviewing my bank account, I observed a charge of nearly $[redacted]. It appears there is also an annual subscription, which I was unaware of and did not intentionally sign up for. This charge is unexpected and unwelcome, especially considering my current financial situation as a student with a part-time job, especially so close to Christmas. If I had known about the $[redacted] yearly charge, I would not have agreed to it. I am requesting a reversal of this charge. I am willing to continue with the $9.99 monthly payment, but the $95 charge is not feasible for me at this time. Sneaking in such a significant charge is unfair. I have barely used Postmates since the trial period ended. I would appreciate prompt assistance regarding this matter. Thank you.

I am the manager at Showmars in Northlake Mall, Charlotte, NC. A Postmates order was placed for Victoria at 5:34, and it still has not been picked up as of 7:22. I am requesting a refund for this order due to the delay. This issue has occurred before, and if reliable service is not provided, I will no longer accept orders from Postmates. Furthermore, I kindly ask Postmates to visit Showmars.com to access the correct menu for Northlake Mall to prevent customers from ordering items we do not carry, such as Baked Potatoes, Salmon, and Alaskan Fish. I faced multiple issues with this order. Firstly, it took nearly 2 hours to be delivered. Additionally, Taco Bell no longer offers the cravings deal, which was not updated on your platform. The delivery person informed me about this only after charging me, leaving me with limited choices. My order was incorrect as I received two sodas instead of the freeze drink I requested, along with the wrong type of sauces. The food arrived cold and not as desired, causing great disappointment. I request a reimbursement for this unsatisfactory experience.

I encountered a problem with the delivery app while picking up an order at Koko Chicken and BBQ. Initially, I had trouble uploading the receipt picture, but eventually managed to do so with the total amount. However, when I reached the drop-off location and delivered the food to the customer, the app wouldn't allow me to complete the delivery without the receipt picture. This was frustrating because I wouldn't have been able to pick up the order without uploading the receipt. I attempted to seek assistance from support without success, leading me to have to cancel the delivery even though I had already delivered the food. Consequently, I can't go back online and didn't receive payment for that trip. I also received a warning for canceling deliveries, which I had to do because of the situation. I hope to resolve this issue, get compensated for the delivery, and be able to continue working. Thank you.

This situation is unacceptable. We paid for an order for convenience, but the driver is experiencing problems with his Postmates vehicle and seeking assistance from us. We are not affiliated with your company and should not be expected to resolve your internal issues. We have a family to feed, and the individual meant to pick up our order left due to us not providing the necessary technical support answers. It is not our responsibility to troubleshoot these matters. I am feeling extremely frustrated and upset at this moment. It is bewildering that there is no customer service hotline available for us to contact. Your delivery drivers should be better prepared and trained to handle such issues without involving customers, especially since we are unaware of the reasons causing our order to be unavailable. This situation is unreasonable. The order was placed from my wife's account.

I received the incorrect order! I intended to order a $5 Crave Deal which includes a 5-Layer Burrito, Chalupa, Taco, Cinnamon Twists, and an iced coffee. However, the employee mentioned they were out of coffee. I then asked for two Chalupas instead and requested a pink lemonade instead of coffee. When the order arrived, the box was open, and it contained one Chalupa, one regular taco, Cinnamon Twists, and the correct drink. This was not what I expected. I'm unsure why the box was open; the employee's name is Natasha, who called from the number +1 [redacted]. I am very disappointed with my order and would like a refund. My order was made at Reinert Hall Dorm at Saint Louis University in St. Louis, Missouri, at 12:27 a.m. Please refund my money or provide the correct order.

I experienced a scam while delivering for Postmates. A person claiming to be from Postmates named Ashley contacted me on December 16, [redacted], at 11:30PM. They asked me to verify my account and promised a $25 credit, requesting confirmation by purchasing a "gift card." Unfortunately, they used this opportunity to drain $53.42 from my account through a fake "cash out" process. They seemed professional but turned out to be scammers pretending to be Postmates staff. It's concerning that they knew my customer's name, making me suspect the customer's involvement or a potential Postmates insider. I'm prepared to take legal action to retrieve my $53.42. I can provide the scammer's name, two phone numbers, location details, timestamps, and emails as evidence of this fraudulent incident.

I am contacting you regarding a recent food order. The meatball sub I received was not as described. The picture showed just meatballs on it, but it was supposed to include salami, pepperoni, capicola, marinara sauce, mushrooms, and mozzarella cheese on a baguette. Additionally, a milkshake was missing from the order for which I was charged. For the Super Wicked Sandwich, I paid extra for sliced egg, which was not included. The sandwich was meant to have turkey, ham, roast beef, pepperoni, bacon, three cheeses, and toppings. However, it only had ham and toppings; the rest of the ingredients were missing. As a loyal customer who is part of your monthly unlimited membership program, I have spent a significant amount with your company. The $15 credit offered for this incorrect order is inadequate. I spent $38.51 on this order, and since it was completely wrong with missing items, I am requesting a full refund of $38.51. I have noticed that my last two orders were incorrect. For my order on 12/15/18, I requested one cheeseburger and one two McGriddle sausage sandwich but received two of each instead. The total cost was $7.60 after tax, while it should have been $4 before tax. I would appreciate a refund for the overcharge. Similarly, on my order on 12/18/18, I ordered two Egg McMuffin sandwiches, but also received two McChickens, one cheeseburger, and two plain McGriddles, resulting in a total of $9.78 after tax instead of the expected $4 before tax. I recently placed an order with Vik’s Chaat and experienced an issue with one of the food items. The carrier originally informed me that the item was not available and offered to deliver the rest of my order without it. However, upon delivery, the carrier mentioned that he had the chef prepare the dish upon request but intended to charge me twice for it. While I appreciate the extra effort, I am reluctant to pay double the price for the dish. The carrier included the charge for the additional item in the service fee, resulting in a total of $26 for the dish. I would like a refund for the chicken biryani, which was $13. Last night, I ordered two burgers from Shake Shack but unfortunately, the order was incorrect. We specifically asked for a gluten-free (GF) burger, but both burgers arrived with the same bun, making it difficult to identify which was the GF one. Additionally, the burger missing key ingredients like onions, tomato, and pickles. We also ordered two sides of Shake Shack sauce which were not included. After contacting Shake Shack, they mentioned both burgers might be GF, but due to being celiac, I couldn't risk eating if unsure. They offered a full refund if contacted through Post Mates.
