We had * items that were missing from our order that we had delivered from Old Spaghetti Factory. We called the restaurant and they said these items were in a *nd bag and were picked up by your driver. Needless to say we shared * meals between * people since your driver didn’t see fit to deliver the entire order. This is extremely unacceptable as we were hosting company. We also tried to call the number your driver called us on and that turned into a dead number when we tried to call him to ask him to bring the remainder of our order. This is our first time trying your service as we usually use Doordash. Please let me know how you plan to remedy this situation and let me know how this will not happen again if we use your service again?**I look forward to your reply,**Mike Roberts
