Postmates.com doesn't have a customer phone number that is answered by an agent. Instead, GetHuman-ronriver will need to dig through the advice provided by Postmates.com, other customers and consumer advocacy websites like GetHuman. So I want to start of with this is my first time using this app. I ordered an order today ********** and in my order I placed that I worked at a Metro PCS. With that being said I waited for my order to come and apparently it did but only got a text instead of a call. My store was busy so I couldn’t see the text till ** minutes later. I understand that you guys have a * minute window but I’m wondering why a text is the only way your employee tried to contact me ? Why didn’t he call? Or even step into the store to try to figure out who ordered? Is there anything you can do or did I just spend $** for something I never got? This is not right. I don’t mind paying if I got my food even just a refund would be nice.
