Postmates.com doesn't have a customer phone number that is answered by an agent. Instead, GetHuman-me_nomin will need to dig through the advice provided by Postmates.com, other customers and consumer advocacy websites like GetHuman. Here are some instructions we've written for similar issues- hopefully GetHuman-me_nomin can let us know if they help or not.

My name is Nomin Narantsetseg and I’m a Postmates driver. I recently had a delivery to **** adaline st. On the fleet app, the address took me to **** adaline st in oakland. I called the customer and she told me I was at the wrong place and this happens with her orders all the time. The customer was located at **** adaline st berkeley. When I completed the order at the correct location, i was given a notifcation saying I have to drop it off at fleet app location even if customer is not there. Since I talked to the customer, I could not do that. I’m writing this email to inform it is not my fault that the fleet app location was wrong and I did my best customer service by providing the order to the customer at the correct address.

GetHuman-me_nomin did not yet indicate what Postmates.com should do to make this right.
