My issue is that I order a few things from **** at *:** PM because I currently have a flu and didn’t want to go out in the cold. It was estimated to take **-** minutes when I ordered. The current estimated delivery time is *:**. That’s almost two hours and the time just keeps going up. There’s no food that needs to be prepared, since I ordered Gatorade and goldfish. I would like an explanation, a full refund, and an apology. That’s absolutely unacceptable service. I’m starting to wonder if I’ll ever get it, but I’ll be canceling my order before I can find out. I will be sticking with Uber eats next time.
