Got an Apple order today, when I arrived the representative told me the customers computer was not ready...Also informed me that the y did not know when the order would be ready...it could be an hour or more..the only option I had at the time was to cancel the trip..since I could not find a way to contact someone on the phone..Also had to pay *.** for parking..would like not to get a negative rating for this cancellation and maybe get some reimbursement for parking and maybe partial payment for the guaranteed payment .
