I sent out an order at my address (which I selected pretty carefully), and the app corrected it into another address instead because of my geolocation at the time. I tried to call the driver repeatedly over the issue but the driver didnt respond, and the phone number didnt seem like it even existed. By that time, the driver had already picked up the order and started heading to the wrong address. The driver called me from a completely different number than showed on the app after he arrived at the delivery location. At the end of the day, I paid $** for an order, and couldn't get anything because there was no way to contact the driver to explain the situation, and when I realized I could not contact him it was too late to cancel as well.
GetHuman-junsangp did not yet indicate what Postmates.com should do to make this right.
