My order was given to the wrong person from bucatini in la quinta. The manager was very rude and immediately started to raise his voice at me. I tried to explain to him that its not my fault and it's not the customers fault nor is it my job to fix the problem. He proceeded to tell me that he will not remake the food. The customer ended up driving to the restaurant on her own accord. She was very upset and I was told to leave the premises. I was calm and didn't do anything wrong in this situation and should not have been treated so poorly.
