My Post Mate ID is *****@***.com and I made my first order a few hours ago. I waited more than two hours for my order to get delivered and it got canceled last minute- I DEMAND a compensation or at least AN EXPLANATION. I'm starving and I'm MAD. I get that something urgent might have happened but I deserve at least a call from your customer service representative. This is my first time using postmate and I am EXTREMELY VERY UPSET.
GetHuman-lareina_ did not yet indicate what Postmates.com should do to make this right.
