Postmates.com doesn't have a customer phone number that is answered by an agent. Instead, GetHuman-samson_v will need to dig through the advice provided by Postmates.com, other customers and consumer advocacy websites like GetHuman. Here are some instructions we've written for similar issues- hopefully GetHuman-samson_v can let us know if they help or not.
Before contacting them, items GetHuman-samson_v may need:
Account holder name, Email address on the account, Phone number, and Billing address

Hello. I was abt to pay for an order w my Postmates Credit card. I received a receipt, photographed and added it, and only then was the Postmates credit card used to pay. It was declined, apparently because a receipt had been added prior to the card actually being charged. I am fairly new and did not realize what had happened. I paid for the customers order w my personal credit card (which I now know should not have been done), delivered the order and explained what happened to the customer. The customer, thinking they had not been charged, yet wanting me to be reimbursed for their order, gave me a check paid to CASH for the amount. We agreed that I would not cash their check till I had heard from Postmates to assure that they were not being double charged for their order. Should I return their check to them? And is there a way I might be repaid for their order? I now know there is a procedure for adding funds to a Postmates card should the Postmates card be declined. I am very sorry for this confusion. I am fairly new and jumped into delivering for Postmates without reading everything first. I have submitted a previous email via the Postmates help center with photos * days ago. Again, sorry for the complication. Ken Wilson.
