The issue in GetHuman-leoben's own words
I ordered a ** dollar meal from McDonald’s. The delivery time continued to get later and later until I called my driver, Harry. He told me he did not pick up my order, and he was going home now. He sounded like he was under the influence of some type of drugs. I asked him, as an employee of postmates, what I should do in this situation, and he told me virtually no information other than to call postmates (there is no number). In short, I spent ** dollars using YOUR app, one of YOUR drivers was too messed up to pick up my food, and now there’s nothing I can do other than EMAIL YOU? I find it disturbing that your company could let something like this happen. I expect a full refund (without the charge), plus something extra for this enormous waste of my time.
GetHuman-leoben did not yet indicate what Postmates.com should do to make this right.
