I have a few things that went wrong this week with Postmates. I am definitely a loyal and frequent user of the membership and hoping you can help me out. I had an order that came really freezing cold the other day and was not good quality food and took a couple bites and threw it out which was $** later. **I also complained about an order over a month ago and never heard back from you guys.**I also had a membership fee go through on the wrong card that was not on default and then I got an overdraft fee because of it. I was hoping that that could be reversed so I could place it on a different card so I don’t have to cancel and go through a claim on that card again. *If someone could please help me out, I would greatly appreciate it.
