Trying to do an instant transfer to receive the money that I earned. ... On November **th I worked for Postmates and did an instant transfer to my bank. I never received an email saying that my funds were transferred and I never received the money in my bank. This is a one-time issue. I contacted fleet support I have gone around and around since the **th about this issue. The only email feedback that I get is either give us more time to process or check with your bank or it was already processed. Somebody needs to look into this issue further because the funds were never transferred to my bank and it is the only deposit that I'm talking about. November **th only! Again the funds were never transferred to my bank account and my bank has no idea about this transfer as well so it's all on your end. There is a such thing as a failed process so please have somebody check into this and contact me ASAP because I've been waiting long enough. I'm sorry if my tone is a little bit demanding but this is a bit ridiculous that I have to wait this long to get my money. I used my gas, my time and money for maintenance on my car to work for Postmates I expect to get paid. *I am sending this message here in hopes that somebody will recognize that this is an important issue because the email that I have been sending to support for fleet isn't doing anything for me. Which means if Postmates doesn't get me my money I will not be logging into work anymore.
what they don't realize is that people who work for Postmates need their money and if they do an instant transfer they expect to get an instant transfer and if they contact support they should have one person taking care of an issue. Not one person since the **th of November has tried to resolve this problem.
I want the money that I earned.
I will not work or order from Postmates until this is taken care of.
I tried emailing support and did get an answer but every time I got back to them they just pushed me on to another person and said that the money has already been transferred and it hasn't. that one person checked into this issue all they did was go to my deposits and see that they took their fee and it says transferred yet the money never made it to my bank account and my bank has no idea about this transfer.
