Hello, my name is Matthew Parker and I am an assistant manager working at Zaxbys at **** North Druid Hills Road, Decatur, Ga, *****, and I am sending this complaint for one of your couriers who recently came to my store for an order. I do not know the woman's name, but I do know what her order was and around when it was placed. The order was Three Nibblers and a Basket of Fries with a zax sauce, and was placed close to around *:** PM EST. Here at Zaxby's we are very strict about order accuracy, and often ask your couriers to see the order as it appears on their phones- that way we are able to quickly and efficiently ring up each order ***% accurate to what it says on the postmates receipt. This woman refused to comply with this policy of ours and was incredibly rude to both myself and one of my cashiers- despite no other courier before having a problem like this. When she did finally get to placing her order, she said "An order of Nibblers and a fry." This is why we ask to see the orders- as she was incredibly nonspecific which could have led to an incorrect order being placed- leading to an upset customer from both of our ends. **Recently Postmates orders have picked up to an incredible frequency at our location, and I'm not going to subject our store to this kind of behavior from your couriers **-** times a night. If you are able to find the courier in question, could you please ensure she never comes to our store again, or at the very least could you please explain to them our store policy. Thank you.
